Some of the nicest people work there. Very thorough and listen to what you have to say. Didn't push a whole lot of... tests and services that aren't needed, but told me everything that I need to do to try to fix the issues. And they were gentle and very kind to my Dog Zoey. And Zoey liked them too.read more
Completely disappointed in this business, gave me a prescriptiin for pet flea pills, then absolutely refused to conform... when I ordered online at alivet, attitudes are terrible here, happy with doctor but staff is terrible. they were quick enough to sell me 1 pill at 28 bucks though, never again..I stand by my review, no proffesionalism at all in the process of trying to get this prescription verified, I told them in the very beginning I wanted to buy on line, no attempt was made to explain anything, they just ignored requests from chewy and alivet and when I called they were just nasty, my wife is an office manager this is unexceptable treatment of clients, I will do without before putting up with being treated this way, have a nice life....Further to my review, found the supposed prescription they gave me at the visit for nexgaurd was no good either, sent into petco and they refused it, this was all totally un called for , wife had to go by office again and get the proper info, maybe they just have no clue what they are doing. What a shame for sure......read more
Staff treated my dog really well. The vet didnt try to,sell us any unnecessary products...for,example he discussed... woth me all the vaccines they have to offer and after talking to me, he mentioned the ones that we would need and recommended that others werent needed based on my dogs' lifestyle. This is something I really appreciated as he,could have said to,get the other vaccines amf I wouldnt know any better. All the staff showed a great level of care and love for my dog. Staff was also very courteous to me amd gladly answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!read more
I took my mom's dog there because she wasn't able to take her but they did a good job. Only problem was they gave her... different quotes on prices 3 different times and they gave her meds that she didn't need and that cost her $60 bucks more. Even though they told her they would take it off and didn't when I picked her up and paid. I feel like there prices are crazy.read more
