Dr. Francie Rubin
VMD
Dr. Francie Rubin began her career as a veterinary technician in 1974, knowing that her passion for animal care and welfare would only be realized by becoming a veterinarian. In 1989 she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. After starting her own practice in 1994, Dr. Rubin enrolled in and completed Dr. Richard Pitcairn’s Professional Course in Veterinary Homeopathy. In 1994, Dr. Rubin founded Rockledge Veterinary Clinic. Twice a year, Dr. Rubin travels to Arizona and New Mexico with a group of veterinarians who donate their time to spay, neuter, vaccinate and provide veterinary care to the pets of Native Americans.

Dr. Carrie Ann Hutchinson
VMD, CVA, CFT
Born and raised in rural western Pennsylvania, Carrie Hutchinson has a love of animals that began at a very young age. After graduating with honors from Chestnut Hill College in 1997, she attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, from which she graduated in 2001. Dr. Hutchinson joined Rockledge Veterinary Clinic in 2006.

Dr. Betty Marcucci
VMD
After earning a master of arts from Rutgers University in 1977, Dr. Betty Marcucci enjoyed a career with a non-profit environmental protection organization in Philadelphia before attending veterinary school. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Since then, Dr. Marcucci has practiced veterinary medicine in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California. Dr. Marcucci has been a regular contributor to the journal Veterinary Technician and has served as a member of its review board.
