Heather Groomer
I’ve been a lover of all animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I’d take care of my neighbors' pets while they were away, and I loved every minute of it. My grandmother was my inspiration that led me to my grooming career, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve been a professional dog groomer for 18 years now. I’ve also been showing dogs in conformation (Collies and Standard Poodles) since I was 19 years old. Your pets will be treated as if they were my very own!
Melissa Groomer
Melissa is an experienced dog groomer who graduated from the Animal Behavior College grooming program in 2015. She attended Brown Mackie College in South Bend, Indiana, and Penn Foster, earning a bachelor's degree in veterinary technology. She is also a registered veterinary technician (RVT).
Melissa has competed in grooming shows across the country, earning placements in the Wire category with a hand-stripped Irish Terrier and in the Sporting category with an English Cocker Spaniel. In her spare time, she pursues dog training as a certified dog trainer and behavior consultant.
She shares her home with seven dogs, including five retired racing Greyhounds, an Afghan Hound, and a Border Collie. They volunteer as canine blood donors at a local blood bank and serve as therapy dogs in hospitals.
