I am a certified veterinary technician with 16 years of experience in the veterinary field. My technician background is in specialty and emergency medicine and more recently leadership. I am excited to join the Heart + Paw team because of the emphasis on quality preventative and wellness care for pets. As the old saying goes “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” When I am not at work, my husband and I have our hands full with our lovely furry bunch at home. I have two dogs named Nibbler and Stitch, and three cats named Butters, Oscar, and Bender. My hobbies include furthering my education in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and the study of the Human-Animal Bond.
