Need an Urgent Care Visit?
If your pet has an urgent but not life-threatening medical issue, you are welcome to walk in for an urgent care visit with one of our veterinarians. Please note that certain types of visits, such as routine wellness visits, should be made by appointment only, to allow for more time with your vet. Urgent care visits are also seen based on order of arrival and degree of urgency, so wait times will vary from case to case. We are grateful for your patience! If your pet has a medical emergency such as difficulty breathing, collapse, or serious trauma, please take them to the nearest ER.

Parking is encouraged at the “Ballston Parking Garage” (700 N RANDOLPH ST) – once parked, enter into the mall and go down to M1 (in the mall). Turn right at the Capital One bank to go outside. Once outside, walk down the corridor to the very end, we are on the right! Parking is $1 for the first 3 hours.
